What This Covers

One form, one purpose.

RenoPro Vancouver collects personal information in one place on this site: the quote and contact forms. Everything below describes what those forms ask for, what happens to a submission after you send it, and which outside services are involved.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act governs how private organizations in this province collect, use, and disclose personal information, and it is the standard this policy is written against.

What the Form Collects

Seven fields, nothing hidden.

The quote form asks for the following. There are no hidden fields, and the site does not ask for financial account details, identification numbers, or anything else at any point.

Name

Required. Used to address you in the reply.

Email address

Required. Used to send the quote and to reply to your enquiry.

Phone number

Optional. Used only if you ask to be called or the project needs a conversation.

Service type

Required. The kind of work you are planning, selected from a list.

City

Required. Which Lower Mainland municipality the property is in, because permit rules differ by city.

Budget band

Optional. A range, not an exact figure.

Project description

Required. Whatever you choose to write about the project.

How Your Enquiry Is Handled

Matched to the right contractor.

A submission is delivered to us by email. We read it, and we direct it to the contracting partner who handles that type of work at that project size in your city. Service type and budget band determine that routing, which is why the form asks for them. Your enquiry goes to the partner best placed to quote the work rather than to a general list.

The information you provide is used to prepare a quote and to contact you about the project you described. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not added to a newsletter.

This site does not operate a customer database and does not store your submission in one. Submissions live in email, and are retained as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and to keep a record of quoted work.

Third-Party Services

Four services, listed in full.

Vercel

Hosting

Serves every page on this site. Vercel processes standard server request data, including IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the page.

Vercel Analytics

Traffic measurement

Counts page views and reports which pages are read. It does not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.

Google Analytics 4

Traffic measurement

Reports how visitors reach the site and which guides they read. It sets cookies and records a form submission event that includes the service type selected. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, or the text of your message.

Resend

Email delivery

Delivers your form submission to us as an email. Your submission passes through Resend to reach our inbox.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or to submit the form.

Your Choices

Ask us anything about your information.

Under BC's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction to it, and withdraw consent for us to keep using it. Ask, and we will tell you what we have and remove it on request, unless a record of quoted work has to be kept.

Privacy Questions

Call (604) 259-0479 and say the enquiry is about privacy, or send the question through the contact form and we will reply to it directly.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it.
