Every project starts with a site visit and a line-item estimate. The price in the quote is the price on the invoice. If scope changes, a written change order gets signed by both parties before work proceeds.
Licensed and insured in British Columbia. WorkSafeBC registered. BC Energy Step Code compliant on all new builds and additions. Permits close on first inspection. That is the standard.
Our Process
Four steps. No surprises.
01
The estimate
Site visit within five business days of first contact. Line-item estimate: materials, labour, timeline, and payment schedule broken out by trade. No lump-sum numbers, no approximations.

The permits
Permit applications, structural engineer coordination where required, and communication with the City. Handled. Metro Vancouver timelines: 4-8 weeks for most residential work, 3-6 months for laneway houses. The project schedule builds around the permit.

The build
One team, one supervisor, one number to call throughout the project. No undisclosed subcontracting. The jobsite is cleaned up before the crew leaves each day.

The inspection
Permits close on the first inspection attempt. If they don't, the deficiency is corrected at no cost. This is built into how the rough-in is done, not offered as a promise after the fact.

Licensed and registered before the first nail.
WorkSafeBC
Registered and compliant on every jobsite. All workers covered. Proof of coverage available on request for commercial clients and strata councils.
BC Energy Step Code
Compliant on all new builds and additions requiring Step Code compliance. Energy advisors engaged on projects with Step Code requirements.
Licensed and Insured
Licensed contractor in the Province of British Columbia. Liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on every project. Certificates available on request.
